Picture 520There has been much more activity in the local North Castle residential real estate market.

Over the last month, the market has showed positive signs of improvement.

Since May 1st, there were 30 new listings of homes in Bedford & Armonk with Byram Hills Schools, priced from $750,000 to $6,250,000, there were also 16 pending/conditional contracts, a ratio that we have not seen in some time, as well as 6 closed sales since March 1st. Mortgage interest rates crept up slightly. Could this be signs that this is the bottom of the market?
